M.A.N.D.Y. – SUPERSTITIOUS RMXS

The ever impressive Get Physical get set to release a stellar remix package of M.A.N.D.Y.’s ‘Superstitious’ taken from the highly successful ‘Twisted Sister EP’ released last year.

With the title track already receiving full remix treatment from the likes of DJ Hell and Uffe, it’s now time for the B-side to get the special attention. On remix duty is Djedjotronic, Chaim and Just Be who each deliver an outstanding version. BACKGROUND:

o Get Physical co-founders M.A.N.D.Y. are  the mutual talents of childhood friends Philipp Jung and Patrick Bodmer. Following the success of ‘Body Language’ in 2005, and their fabric Series three years later, M.A.N.D.Y. firmly cemented their reputation in the electronic dance circuit, leading them to be one of the biggest names in the business. More recent releases have seen the collaboration with Adultnapper, with tracks ‘201’ and ‘Bus Ted’.

o+ Jérémy Cottereau aka Djedjotronic has had a string of tracks on Boysnoize Records, his recent EP ‘Walk With Me’ released on BNR Trax in 2012 was a great success, earning him the chance to work on remixes for artists including Gonzales, Tiga and Etienne De Crecy. Touring alone and alongside his Boysnoize colleagues Djedjotronic has participated in some major electronic events worldwide including Sonar and Pukkelpop.

o+o Matthew Benjamin previously known as Buschwacka! has recently reinvented himself as Just Be. With a number of releases on Crosstown Rebels including ‘Don’t Make Me Wait For You’ featuring Jesse Monroe and ‘Annabelle’, in addition to releases delivered on Get Physical, Just Be has had an exciting few years to add to his lengthy DJ career.

o+o+  A true stand out artist in today´s electronic world, Chaim has released records on labels including Supplement Facts and Cocoon to name a few. With chart topping remixes including ‘Very Wrong’ and ‘Smile For Me’, and more recent high profile re-workings for the likes of Ellen Allien and Kiki, Chaim has confirmed his name as a remixer to watch out for.
