kraak & smaak – chrome waves lp
Kraak & Smaak are a musical production trio from the town of Leiden, the Netherlands, consisting of Oscar de Jong, Mark Kneppers and Wim Plug.
After releasing Boogie Angst in 2006 and Plastic People in 2008 now is the time to finally welcome their third longplayer, Chrome Waves. Two years in the making and full to the brim of killer tracks this is without a doubt the best album of Kraak & Smaak’s already illustrious career.
It is this addictive mix of pop – fuelled house with a touch of electro, indie and whatever it takes to get you into their groove that marks the difference, on top they are said to be one of the best live bands you can possibly enjoy on stage.
Highlights include the singles The Future Is Yours which was a massive summer anthem in clubs worldwide and current single Good For the City featuring Sam Duckworth which has one of the most insanely catchy choruses you will hear this year.
