Hey guys, after hosting you in the radio and seeing you play i just had no other choice than doing this interview – always great to meet two whole blooded artists like you both.

You are quite fresh in the scene, how did you come together? Is it true you met during a sausage eating contest??

No, that’s made up. Actually we met at a table dance bar. When I saw Tobi dancing it was love at first sight.

Both of you have a different musical background, is that one of the secrets of your creative potential?

No, don’t think so. Emo (Simon) and Country (Tobi) is not that big in our productions.

So is Tobias the technician and Simon the visionaire in your sets? And in the studio?

It is a wonderful symbiosis. Each of us has an own super power for all the different things. Tobi has very long legs, which is good for…uuhhmm…for whatever. Simon has cool shirts. That’s important. Especially during summer time.

What makes a good set?

What advice would you give a rookie on how to start a carreer in electonic music?

Love what you do! That’s the most important thing. If you are passionate about what you do you can easily deal with all the struggle which comes along. Work hard and be nice.

Why the name ‘andhim’? Isn’t there something missing? who andhim?

All the other cool names were already been taken.

You define your style as Super House – why?

Super House is more then a genre we invented. It is a mission. The mission to make everybody on the dancefloor, in their headphones and in their cars feel good.

What would you do if you weren’t into music?

Bodybuilder.

How was playing in Ibiza?

Awesome. We had a perfect time. Especially the days we spent at the Get Physical villa. We’re definitely looking forward to come back in August!

Do you know the island?

Not that much. But we want to discover the hot spots the next time. We’re open for any recommendations btw.
