After six years touring the globe erupting rumpus dance parties in far-flung geographic locations, from sustainable jungle communities to intimate cliff side rendezvous, Flying Circus has touched down in Ibiza for a summer residency. From July 12th to October 4th Sankeys will play host to 13 provocative parties that take guests on a journey through Audiofly’s Flying Circus Party concept. In the true fashion of a traveling circus, the touring party has amassed a cult like following, a tribe of music aficionados, jetsetters, sun-seekers, revelers and connoisseurs of good vibes.  And unlike many other parties, this event has gained international acclaim before settling down in its new summer home.

The May 28th event doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to delivering a big name line-up early in the season. Carl Craig, Audiofly, Lee Burridge, BLOND:ISH, Maayan Nidam, Avatism  (Live), Ultrasone will all be hitting the decks in this inaugural celebration of the circus coming to town!

Sankeys 2013 party roster highlights the venues dedication to the ever growing ‘No-Frills’ dance music subculture. Flying Circus brings to this family a new angle or thread in the tapestry; weaving in their unique vibration into the already stellar promotion roster.

Well known for their “one love” attitude and their one of a kind Events (New Year’s Eve, Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Detroit City Hall Goth Club, Villa 221 WMC to name but a few) and with special guests like Benoit & Sergio,  M.A.N.D.Y, Soul  Clap,  Stacey Pullen,  Lee Curtis,  Guy Gerber, Steve Bug, Martin  Buttrich, Nicolas Jaar, Moodyman so on, popping up all the time in their global events, Flying Circus  is happy to have finally found it’s spiritual and musical home on the island.

By teaming up with well-established Labyrinth Productions, renowned for bringing acclaimed parties to Belgium and the Netherlands, Flying Circus Ibiza is sure to deliver all we’ve grown to expect and then some…

Flying Circus Ibiza promises pure and deep, unconstrained house and techno, supplied to you by the phenomenal Void sound system, but it doesn’t stop there… Taking over all of Sankeys 3 main spaces, Flying Circus aims to create a dynamic, immersive experience for all party goers. Total sound submersion in the raw, low-roofed basement, a more Big Top show, in the main room and a true social affair on the fairground terrace (a place where industry people and other cool cats can chill out, shoot the breeze, and share a beer). The terrace will feature live art, projected films and other interactive surprises.
