The Key Radio was launched in march 2011 by good friend Stephane Moulin, better known as DJ John Mool. He created this independent station to spread his own vision of electronic music, always being true to his principles he dedicates his spare time bringing high quality electronic music to anywhere were there is an internet connection, 24 hours a day.
He was inspired by our local stations Ibiza Global Radio and Ibiza Sonica, both of them are of the most successful when it comes to electronic music on a global scale. Being an Ibiza regular, John played already several times on both stations, showcasing his outstanding quality as one of the few still existing 100% pure vinyl DJs! Being a vinyl addict, he constantly builds up his record collection, creating the ideal basis for his own radio.
His hometown is Montpellier and there is where The Key Radio is based. In the almost two years of existence, the number of listeners is growing constantly, this is due to the high standard they set in quality (they broadcast on 192 kbps) and in the carefully selected collaborators, guaranteeing finest electronic music 24/7.
