Solomun +1 at Pacha, Ibiza

If there has been a name that has stood out in recent years within the industry, this has been  Solomun. Dj of the year chosen by the prestigious magazine Mix Mag and awarded as best producer in the DJ Awards, Mladen Solomun, with an undeniable talent, has been developed in multitude of facets such as promoter, club owner, broadcaster of radio and as the owner of the record labels Diynamic and 2DIY4, seal in a little more than five years has positioned itself as a benchmark in quality electronic music catapulting artists as Stimming, H.O.S.H, David August, Adriatique, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Karmon or Uner, one of our domestic producers more internationally, among many others.

The island’s new favorite DJ is taking over Sundays at Pacha with a new concept, designed to continuously change the sounds of Ibiza.

Solomun’s distinctive and unique sound – marked by deepness and sexiness – will ensure to bring a breath of fresh air, starting on Sunday May 26th, to the club on this new Sunday at Pacha.

And the name “Solomun+1“ is his proclamation. Along with the host himself, all eyes will be on the evening’s respective guest. Forget the army of guest-DJs; solely two masters of their trade will conquer the entire evening as individuals, and in the end, as one.

Name-dropping? Nick-knacks? Not here! Music will be the true main focus. And this will have an affect on Pacha’s appearance as well: for the first time in Pacha’s history, Solomun and his guest-DJ or guest-live act will be positioned in the middle of the club. Solomun’s take on this: „I’m totally fired up and just really excited about it. What was important to me about Solomun+1, was for my star guest and I to be part of the entire party“.

Joining Solomun as of now: Âme, Dennis Ferrer, Miss Kittin, Tensnake, and Marek Hemmann … further +1-artists are to be announced.
